A selection of FREE samples we think you may enjoy are sent out with
each Beautyhabit order! If you would like to order only samples or
request specific samples, we have a Sample Program.
SAMPLE PROGRAM POLICY:

Choose a selection of 6 different products that you are interested in sampling (skin, perfume, body, hair, etc..)and Beautyhabit will send them directly to you. Please note - you must choose 6 different samples - we are unable to send you multiples of 1 item - this insures that the program is available for everyone.
Place the sample pack in your basket by clicking on "order", please let us know which samples you are interested along with the alternates in the "Comments" area on the ordering page
Shipping and handling costs are included in the price. Please pick at least 3 alternates so we can accommodate your requests. Please note that we will do our best to fulfill your request - and from time to time certain samples are not available. Perfume sample vials may or may not arrive completely full as this is based upon availability and the cost of the perfume.

To place your order online, simply click on the "order" button next to the product you would like to purchase. Beautyhabit uses industry standard SSL encryption
(scrambling) to insure safe transmission of secure information.
Click on the "Checkout" button on product pages or the "VIEW CART" link at the top of every page when you're finished shopping! (Remember, no tax for residents outside of California).
Orders can also be placed on the telephone or fax using the numbers above. Our service/order hours are 9:00am
to 5:00pm PST.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Paypal.
Money orders are accepted by mail to the address above. We're sorry, we cannot accept personal or third-party checks.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed
on the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship
your order. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is
temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Please make note that we require a signature verification upon delivery on orders that total $150.00 or more.
*Next Day orders must be placed by 12 noon PST to be shipped the same business day.*
International Orders
For International Shipping destinations (including Canada), please
e-mail us at orders@beautyhabit.com for
special instructions and shipping costs. You can
place your order online and
we will then contact you with the exact shipping
costs. Note the shipping costs will total zero when
your order is placed online. After we gain credit
card approval and weigh your package we will contact
you with the exact shipping cost and will then wait
for your approval before sending out your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship some items outside
the USA.
All International orders are subject to credit card approval and mailing verification. This process normally takes 1 week with MasterCard and Visa and takes 1 day for American Express.
** Please note: International deliveries may take anywhere
from two to eight weeks. Once the parcel reaches your border,
it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection.
At that point, the delivery may be subject to additional
duties, taxes, and broker fees over which Beautyhabit has no
control.

BEAUTYHABIT GUARANTEE:
We guarantee the freshness and purity of all our products. We also guarantee that your order will arrive in safe and excellent
condition. If for some reason, your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately (via phone or email) and we will make
arrangements to remedy the situation. Please have your order number handy.
Beautyhabit Return Policy:
Beautyhabit will be happy to accept returns on most unused
merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately and
without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened
items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness, and authenticity of
the products we sell.
- If you need to return an item, simply send us a request to return the
merchandise via email at
cs@beautyhabit.com or phone us
at 800.377.8771. We will proceed to give you a Return Authorization Number.
Be sure to tell us which items you wish to return. When we approve your
request we will notify you via email or on the phone and you will be issued
a Return Authorization Number. Then you may send us the unopened, unused
and in saleable condition merchandise, along with your Return Authorization
Number. Once we receive your returned merchandise we will promptly credit
the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded
unless the return is from a Beautyhabit error. We ask that you specify
the reason for your return in the email or phone call as we love to learn
how to serve you better!
