Organic Wild Blueberry Topping
SKU: 51212
Made with lots of organic lemon juice, Smithereen Farm's own wild organic blueberries, citrus pectin and organic cane sugar…but not too much! Lovely for toasties, crepes, buckwheat pancakes, morning yogurt, family occasions.
Smithereen Farm makes this jam from their wild lowbush organic blueberries that grow on Youngs Cove Road in Pembroke and those they buy in from Brannan Buhner down in Cutler at Bog Brook. Both are managed and certified organic by MOFGA. They make the jam at the Cobscook Community Learning Center’s commercial kitchen, in small batches with copper pots. Smithereen Farm thinks you will notice that it is very super duper delicious.
