Step 1 – Run a warm bath to about 37˚ C. Once at your preferred depth, add 5ml of OLVERUM Bath Oil (approximately 1/3 of the bottle). Before you immerse yourself, agitate the water with your hand to disperse the oil. As only a small amount of our concentrated formulation is needed, virtually all of the oil is absorbed by the skin, leaving no greasy residue in the bath after use.
Step 2 – Once out of the bath and gently towel dried, apply a generous layer of Olverum Firming Body Oil onto the targeted area of the body, and massage. For the best results, use your palm to roll and stroke upwards. This repeated action will increase blood circulation to the area and will promote collagen synthesis, resulting in firming looking skin.
Step 3 – Take your Olverum Pure Radiance Facial Oil, place 3-5 drops in the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to warm the oil. Cup your hands around your nose and mouth and take a moment to inhale the aroma. After each deep breath, sweep your hands over your face and neck as you exhale three times. Olverum Pure Radiance Facial Oil is easily applied by gentle fingertip massage, but its mind and body wellness benefits can be further enhanced by following the Olverum Self-Massage routine (see below). Specially developed as both a detoxifying treatment and a relaxing, beautifying ritual, it combines elements of Shiatsu and Gua Sha techniques, and can be performed at home in a maximum of two minutes, daily or weekly as you wish.
Step 4 – And so to bed… Spritz a few pumps of the Olverum Restful Sleep Pillow Mist directly onto your pillowcase from a distance of around 30cm. For best results, use immediately prior to rest or sleep.
