Spruce Warming Bath Essence combines several nurturing essential oils in one formulation for the colder months. Warm your body from the inside out, breathe deeply, find inner peace and recharge your batteries. This bath essence is suitable for young and old alike (aged three and above) and is perfect for times of stress and seasonal illness.
Spruce Warming Bath Essence soothes and invigorates while the fresh evergreen scent encourages deep, cleansing breaths. This bath essence offers warmth and comfort during the cooler months and in times of stress or exhaustion.
Formulation: Norway spruce essential oil brings warmth and vitality to the skin. Jojoba oil leaves skin soft and moisturized. Sulfated castor oil enables bath essence to disperse easily in water.

Add 1-3 capfuls or as desired of the bath essence into the stream of running water as the bathtub fills. Use less for a foot bath.
